The root chakra is a vibrant red center of energy that serves as the base of the whole chakra system. This is your center of survival, tribes, and grounding. It is the final step of manifesting an idea into the physical world. This chakra is where you embrace your right to be here, have your needs met, and form how you view the world around you. This is where you ground to the Earth energies and embrace your right to be here. When you come into this world you are dependent on your original tribe - your family - for your survival. The amount and form of care and love you receive determines whether you see the world as a secure and loving place, or a place of struggle and fear.
Questions to consider in the Root Chakra: 1. Do you sacrifice your dreams and goals to fulfill your family's expectations of you? 2. Are your beliefs truly yours, or are they inherited from your tribes? 3. Are you constantly stressed about survival needs (food, clothing, shelter)? 4.
